Angela Hartnett is taking to the slopes of Courchevel with the launch of Cucina Angelina, our brand new restaurant at Portetta!

The first of its kind in Courchevel Moriond, Cucina Angelina will serve Italian influenced mountain food – with a nod to the local Savoyard cuisine with the best Italian kitchen specialities. Plenty of locally sourced produce and a terrific range of meats and cuts that will be grilled on an open range within the restaurant!

The restaurant will build on the relaxed, casual style at Portetta – expect a bit of rustic mountain chic – lots of reclaimed and textured wood and stone for the floors and bar. Rich colours and cosy fabrics on oversized banquette sofas, with warm toned leather chairs and wooden tables! The perfect apres-ski retreat!

– the cookery school!

Drawing on Angela and Luke’s fresh confident approach to cooking and eating and their signature home-cooked style HH&Co backstage offers a unique fun and informal way of learning how to cook delicious food!

Suitable for everyone from complete beginners to budding masterchefs, our hands-on, relaxed style aims to improve your culinary skills and give you bags of inspiration to go home and get cooking. Your Backstage experience will let you in on the tricks of the trade and some of the secrets to Angela and Luke’s signature style, all in our brand new purpose built
cookery school kitchen.

We are not ones to take ourselves too seriously, so the aim is to get stuck in and have fun whatever your ability but….your home cooking will probably never be quite the same!

As part of our 10th Birthday celebrations we will be hosting a series of collaborative chef dinners with Angela’s friends.

We will kick these off with a very special evening with Mitch Tonks (The Seahorse) and Mark Hix (Hix) whose restaurants are also celebrating 10 years in 2018.

Angela, Mitch and Mark will create a special 5 course menu for the evening
